hello everyone. been a while, hasn't it? i haven't made alot of animations recently, as i have been more active on my youtube. i've been making some mashups in an effort to copy neil cicierega for my own amusement. 2022 was a year for animation for me, while 2023 was a year for my music. i got into alot of cool artists (especially lemon demon) and i want 2024 to be a year for both art and music. so i'm gonna start trying to post more here.

hey newgrounds, you've probably wondered where i've been, and what i've been doing. i find it extremely funny that i used to clog up this page with endless news posts that keep on promising you guys "dON't woRry guYs! thIs tHiNg iS alMOsT doNe!" but it never happens. truth be told, i've been sitting on my ass for most of the summer. it's the start of the second month of the break, so i have about a month before i have to go back to school. this is gonna be my second year of high school [insert sarcastic yay here]. if you've been periodically checking my twitter (which is called "x" now for some reason (i am most definitely not calling it that)), you'd know that i eventually settled on making a music video for "eighth wonder" by lemon demon. i'm also working on animating two other lemon demon songs (which i won't say what they are), one of the being of average length and other one being significantly shorter than lemon demon's usual songs. i just started the shorter one yesterday, and if i keep up with animating it, it should be out in about two weeks. at least it's good that i've been releasing more things this summer than i did last summer. two videos on youtube and one single released on bandlab (which was also released here on newgrounds).

i haven't animated a whole lot because i've been focusing alot more on my music career rather than my animation career. i've halted work on my album (originally named "teethpocalypse" but will probably be named something different now) and started work on an EP. like i said on twitter recently, i've written alot of songs for the EP, but i've chosen which ones will be the best fit for each other. i do have a name in mind for the EP, but like the album, it might change in the near-future, so i won't reveal the name for it just yet. i won't reveal the name for the album either.

anyways, that's all that's been going on with me creatively. as for my personal life, nothing's really changed much. you might've recalled that i said i was gonna be moving over the summer, but that whole situation just got alot more complicated. i don't know if i'll be moving anytime soon, but i definitely know that it's gonna happen.

hey y'all, as i said last post, i have been somewhat "boarding" music videos. i guess what i would call boarding is "planning shit out on post-its", but i am happy to finally say that i have started storyboarding lemon demon's song "touch-tone telephone" digitally! on an actual device! what!? doo? just is actually making progress on a film? i can't believe it's not butter! hyakugojyuuichi!!

all jokes aside, now that summer is starting soon, i'll be able to get some work done on some new projects that are in the works. expect new videos sometime this summer. wow! content! neato!

hey newgrounds. long time no see. so, what the hell have i been doing for the past few weeks. well, i've boarded alot of potential music video ideas, but, none of them have been good enough. "a mask of my own face" and "touch-tone telephone" are the only boards that i've actually been expanding on, but i feel like it's not enough. mushroom disaster never worked out, so that won't be coming out. teethpocalypse and the other previous projects i've mentioned are still in early stages of development, so, expect those, but not anytime soon.

hello there my fellow broothers. how are y'all doin? for the last few days, i've been planning out an abundance of sequels for my vid a clockwork mario (or mario turns into chris pratt as it is called on youtube). the series will be called mushroom disaster, as if you remember what happened at the end of clockwork, mario ordered luigi to drop a nuke on the mushroom kingdom, and mario was thrown out of his reality into the real world, only to be thrown back in to die. the series will show the consequences of luigi's actions, and how he tries to fix the genocide he wrongfully inflicted onto the world. i am currently planning out two new episodes for the series, mushroom disaster: prelude, and the last luigi on earth.

along with that, i will also be making an experimental film titled the alternate reality. this film combines live-action with animation along with SFX inspired by the works of stan brakhage. because there is animation in this film, i hope to have no problem uploading it on both youtube and newgrounds. i'm still working out the script, but i'll most likely start working on it over the summer, when i don't have school, though, i will try to work on mushroom disaster now.

i made a video in which i attempted make a statement about consumerism and propaganda being forced down our throats in our everyday lives in the most surreal and absurdist way possible, in which i failed completely at it. here it is! also, here's the youtube version. no idea why i used white noise in it, but hey, at least it came out okay, am i right? no? ok. i made the video in about an hour, which is also why it's so bad. i'm too lazy to announce this on my tumblr and youtube community page, so this is all you're getting (along with my tweet and discord ping in my server, more shameless advertising, but plz click here to get into my discord server. we're desperate for more people.) this entire news post went on 726 characters too long. this news post should be called "rambling: the news post". ok byes.

okay, so i know that i updated this, like, 2 days ago, but plz bear with me here. ik these updates can get very annoying. so, getting straight to the point, today was the first day of spring break. i say was because at the time of writing this, it's 11:27pm. unfortunately, today was a busy day, so i didn't have enough time to work on "mask". fortunately, tomorrow isn't going to be that busy, so, i'll have enough time to animate the first shot of the music video.

now, i've said a few times on the internet (not specifically here, but on my other socials) that i currently live in new york, and that me and my family would be making the move to north carolina this summer. well, plans have changed, and we're sticking around here for just another year. there's alot of reasons for why we've made this decision, but the one that you guys need to know rn is because next year is my brother's senior year in high school, and we want him to graduate with his friends next year. but, that aside, we are still moving, just a few blocks away from where we actually live. this means that i'll have more time to make cartoons this summer (you know, since we're NOT moving across the country) so expect a surge of content in the summer.

okay, i PROMISE that this is the last update until the release of my next video (this sunday) in which i shamelessly advertise it's release, and NO, it isn't the lemon demon music video that i'm working on. it's an easter video.
